tone EBITDA

Madrid, 9 April.- Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) posted a net profit of €1.24 million for the 2025 fiscal year, according to the audited consolidated accounts presented to the market today.

This figure represents a 41% increase compared to the previous year's results. The audited figures show minimal variance from the company's preliminary unaudited results published on 19 February 2026.

The company’s EBITDA reached €4.046 million, up 25% from 2024 and the highest in the company’s 30-year history.   Profit before tax rose by 57% to €1.35 million, while operating profit (EBIT) climbed 49% to €1.63 million. Total revenue amounted to €19.3 million, a 1% year-on-year increase. Gross margin improved by 4% to reach €10.6 million.

The company reduced its total financial debt from €8.4 million to €7 million. The Net Debt-to-EBITDA ratio dropped to 1.43x, down from the 2.29x recorded at year-end 2024.

The minor discrepancies between the audited accounts and February’s preliminary data are due to higher customer balance commissions and other comprehensive income adjustments. Lleida.net invested €1 million in R&D during the period.

"These audited results confirm the strength of our operating model and our ability to drive profitability while continuing to invest in innovation," said Sisco Sapena, CEO of Lleida.net.
